Breathe Free Asthma Education Program
It Takes A Village

Providing peer education and assistance with accessing care and treatment for uninsured and underinsured African-Americans who have asthma or symptoms of asthma. This program also provides support groups for African-Americans with asthma to come together and discuss treatment options, reducing triggers and what works for them in their asthma management.
